These Muslim families were all inhabitants of the village of PISILE in the North of Burkina Faso. One evening around 6 the terrorists entered their village and began to shoot at people. They killed 8 people and never left town. The people escaped, hiding where they could and when they tried to come back later the terrorists were still in the village and so they left definitely. Their next refuge was attacked as well and they now have been given asylum in the village of Kinfangué where they all live in a Koranic school, 50 or more to a room. Villagers bring food they can save and some clothes too. All other essential elements are missing, including medical treatment. The government promised to send help, but he did nothing.
FITIL ONLUS together with ACLEM, our Burkinabe partner are sponsoring a group of 53 families, a total of 608 people, who escaped from their village of Piselé population to Kinfangué.
